I understand the monthly fee is due and payable before the first day of each month. No refunds will be given on the part of the student (unless prearranged). Classes may be made up on another class night.

RELEASE: I understand that with any program such as this, some risks are involved, even though precautions are taken to prevent accidents. Therefore, I, my heirs and child being registered hereby waive and release Invictus Training, and Charles Burnett from all claims for damages and injuries in connection with their program.
